Copyright Notification Guidelines

6. Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and true, under penalty of perjury.

PNGMATERIAL will comply with applicable laws regarding copyright infringement. Upon receipt of a proper notification, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material as soon as possible. Please note that we may not send a confirmation regarding the removal or disabling of content.

Counter-Notification Process

If you are the user who posted content that was removed or disabled due to a copyright complaint and believe the material was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include the following:

• Your name, address, and telephone number.
• A description of the material that was removed or disabled.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• A consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court located in your district (if you are in the U.S.).

We will review your counter-notification and, if valid, may restore the content unless the original complainant files a lawsuit.
